Which Chlorine Should I Use: Tablets or Granular?
Chlorine tablets dissolve slowly, providing consistent sanitization for everyday pool maintenance. Granular chlorine dissolves quickly, making it ideal for raising chlorine levels or addressing water quality issues.
For most pools, a combination of both can help maintain clean, clear, and properly balanced water. Always follow product instructions and your pool's specific needs.
Can I ship pool chemicals by air or overseas?
Most sanitizers and shock are classed as oxidisers, so they travel by ground only and cannot go by air. Any restrictions show at checkout once you enter your address.
What If I Ordered the Wrong Product?
Ordered the wrong item? No worries! At ProStar Pool Supply, we're here to help make things right.
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days, subject to our return policy. For safety reasons, pool chemicals cannot be returned once their original seal has been broken.
